I’ve been a Jinx’em customer for years. The thing that sold me is simple: their 100% fresh deer urine ships cold, so it’s still fresh when it shows up. Here’s what they make, what each product is for and what it costs.
Jinx'em Scents: deer urines, gland scents and mock scrape kits
- 100% pure fresh urine with no additives or preservatives, bottled and frozen
- Ships frozen and vacuum sealed with an ice gel pack
- Synthetic line needs no refrigeration
- Fresh urine has to stay below 41°F
Why fresh and frozen matters
Jinx’em’s pitch is that ordinary shelf-stable deer urine has preservatives in it, and a deer’s nose can pick that up. Their 100% urine has no additives or preservatives. It’s collected, bottled and frozen as fast as they can manage. Orders leave the shop frozen, vacuum sealed with a frozen ICE BRIX gel pack, in an insulated box, and they ship by USPS Priority Mail.
It’ll usually be thawed when it reaches you after two or three days in the mail. Jinx’em says that’s normal and the scent is still good. Once it’s home, keep it below 41°F (in the fridge or freezer), and it stays usable all season. Their synthetics are the opposite: store them at room temperature, and Jinx’em doesn’t recommend refrigerating them.
The three core urines
All three come in 2 oz bottles (prices as of November 2, 2026):
- Bewitched ($21.99). 100% pure whitetail doe-in-estrus urine. It’s one of their top sellers and is meant to pull bucks in close during the rut.
- Misfortune ($21.99). 100% pure dominant buck (buck in rut) urine. Jinx’em says it works year-round for mock scrapes and as a cover scent. Early in the season you can use it to find out which bucks are still around, and in late October and November it can challenge the big bucks on your property.
- Ecstasy Peak Rut Blend ($23.99). Their “supercharged” doe estrus. It’s urine blended with vaginal, anal, tarsal and interdigital gland scent, made for peak rut.
The Pure Trio Pack ($49.99) gets you one 2 oz bottle of each.
The synthetic line
Every urine also comes in a synthetic version: Syn-Bewitched ($21.99), Syn-Misfortune ($21.99) and Syn-Ecstasy ($23.99). They come in 2 oz bottles and need no refrigeration. The Synthetic Trio Pack is $49.99.
Gland scents and licking-branch scents
- Limb Licker ($14.99, 2 oz). A curiosity scent for licking branches over real or mock scrapes. Jinx’em says it draws bucks, does and fawns, and it’s a proprietary blend.
- Mystic Polyglandular Gland Scent ($23.99, 1 oz drip bottle). A blend of deer gland scents (forehead, tear duct, ear wax and saliva) meant to boost scrape and rub activity.
- Bad Omen Rope ($19.99). A 24-inch, 1-inch-thick manila licking rope. Jinx’em says to hang it about 4 feet off the ground over a scrape, add 5–8 drops of Mystic or 4–5 pumps of Limb Licker to the tassel, and refresh it every 5–7 days.
Voodoo Pak mock scrape kits
The Voodoo Paks are all-in-one mock scrape kits. Each one comes in an army green crossover bag with a removable Velcro patch, and each includes Limb Licker, Mystic Dabs, cutting nippers, a green plastic rake, a Mini Hex Stix and two zip ties. Here’s how they differ:
| Kit | Scents included (besides Limb Licker and Mystic Dabs) | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Early Season 100% Voodoo Pak | Misfortune (fresh) | $94.99 |
| Late Season 100% Voodoo Pak | Misfortune, Bewitched, Ecstasy (fresh) | $124.99 |
| Early Season Syn-Voodoo Pak | Syn-Misfortune | $94.99 |
| Late Season Syn-Voodoo Pak | Syn-Misfortune, Syn-Bewitched, Syn-Ecstasy | $124.99 |
If you already have the tools and just want scent, they also sell scrape packages: Big Buck ($66.99), Monster Buck ($74.99) and Trophy Buck ($86.99). Each comes in a fresh or synthetic version and pairs Misfortune urine and Misfortune Scent Dabs with Limb Licker, Mystic or both.
Good to know before you buy
- Fresh urine has to stay below 41°F, so you’ll need fridge or freezer space.
- Your package will likely arrive thawed. Jinx’em says that’s normal.
- The synthetics store at room temperature if you don’t want to keep anything cold.
Bottom line
I’ve bought from Jinx’em for years, and I keep coming back because I trust the freshness. Their urine is bottled and frozen fast and ships cold. If you want real, fresh deer urine instead of a warm bottle off a store shelf, Jinx’em is where I’d send you.
